How to use folders in your chat-system

The Chat-system is divided into three key folders: Primary, General, and Verification. Bildschirmfoto2025 04 16um15 07 24 Jpe
  1. General: This is the default folder where all your chats will appear initially.
  2. Primary: This is where you can place high-priority chats you want to access quickly, anytime.
  3. Verification: All Chats going through the verification process (Radar) appear here until accepted into your group, so your inbox stays tidy.
    For paid groups, this folder can be ignored or used differently (for instance, to store low-priority or unimportant chats). The same applies to free communities that don’t use the Radar feature.

Move Chats to Folders & Use Chat Menu

You have two primary options for moving a chat to another folder.

Option 1: Right click method

Simply right-click the chat you want to move, and a menu of actions will pop up.

  • ‘view profile’: Allows you to check their Skool profile for additional information.
  • ‘Mark as unread’/ ‘Mark as read’: Enables you to manage your chats by setting them as unread or marking them as completed.
  • ‘Move to folder’: Allows you to move the selected chat into any folder of your choice.
  • ‘Block user’/ ‘ublock user’: Gives you the option to block the user with one click, disabling the chat for any further communication.
This approach is efficient, handy, and the quickest way to organize multiple chats.

Option 2: Use the menu in the top-right corner of the chat-system

This approach is fine as well, but it might slow you down compared to the one .

Custom tags

  1. Open the Chat Tab, then click the ‘Settings’ button in the top-right corner. Chatsystem Settingstab Pn
  2. Navigate to the Custom Tags category in order to manage your Tags. Createcustomtags Jpe
  3. Click the ‘Create’ button and ensure you assign a clear, recognizable name! Customizecustomtags Jpe
Commonly used tags include: Lead Follow-up, Closed, Upsell, Booked, Call, Cancelling, Churned, Support
You can always revisit and edit your tags later if needed.
After selecting a chat, you can assign a tag in the top-left directly below the Profile sectionBildschirmfoto2025 03 26um17 12 27 JpeClick once to select a tag, and if you wish to remove a tag, simply click once more.
You can apply up to 3 tags per chat, helping you categorize your prospects more effectively.
Subsequently, all chats in your Fiducia inbox will be highlighted with the selected tag(s).Bildschirmfoto2025 03 26um17 29 23 Jpe

Filtering

On the left-hand side, you can filter chats that have been assigned a specific tag. Bildschirmfoto2025 03 26um16 40 53 Jpe
Select any tag to instantly see every single chat that carries that specific tag.
In addition to your tags, you can also filter for unread messages.

Read Feature

If someone reads your message but doesn’t reply within 15 minutes, aneye symbol will appear on your message. Bild13 01 25um16 53 Jpe
This feature is extremely helpful for determining the right time to send follow-ups.

Draft messages

Head over to the “Settings” tab inside of the Chat system on the top-right corner

Head over to the “Draft Messages” category

Enter a clear title aswell as the content of the draft message you want to create

Include firstname or lastname to personalize messages automatically.

Access draft messages by clicking the arrow next to the Send button at the bottom-right

Simply click on the message you want to use, and it will automatically be inserted into the chat-box.
After finishing these steps, you can now use your draft message(s) for each and every chat!
Some Universal & commonly used Draft messages:
  • Follow-ups, Pitch, Customer support, Check-in, etc…
Note: You can always revisit and update/edit your ‘draft messages’ later if needed.

Sending out draft messages

Access draft messages by clicking the arrow next to the Send button at the bottom-right Bildschirmfoto2025 03 26um19 06 00 Jpe Simply click on the message you want to use, and it will automatically be inserted into the chat-box.
Clicked the wrong one? Simply select the correct option, and it’ll update automatically.
After setting up “custom tags”, “draft messages” and organizing your chats into different folders your chat system can now be used to its utmost capabilities :)
