Chat System
Fiducia has its own chat-system, equipped with several advantageous additional features.
Instantly see who messaged you, track each conversation’s status (follow-up, lead, or booked)
All in one place for effortless organization, structured workflows, and quicker operations.
How to use folders in your chat-system
The Chat-system is divided into three key folders: Primary, General, and Verification.
-
General: This is the default folder where all your chats will appear initially.
-
Primary: This is where you can place high-priority chats you want to access quickly, anytime.
-
Verification: All Chats going through the verification process (Radar) appear here until accepted into your group, so your inbox stays tidy.
For paid groups, this folder can be ignored or used differently (for instance, to store low-priority or unimportant chats). The same applies to free communities that don’t use the Radar feature.
